Queri is a startup building the next generation of fan engagement infrastructure.
Through personalized videos, chat, global fan clubs, and community features, we help creators and fans connect on a deeper level.
We support a wide range of talent, indie idols, pro wrestlers, musicians, comedians, cosplayers, and influencers, helping them deepen fan relationships, monetize, and expand their reach in Japan and internationally.
Queri is already live and generating revenue. From here, we are expanding from one-to-one fan communication into subscription fan clubs, scalable community experiences, and AI-powered products for creators, fans, and entertainment businesses.
We are looking for a bilingual Product Manager who wants to get involved from the early stages and help shape the future of fan engagement, creator technology, and AI-powered consumer products.
Fan Engagement

Showing where global demand exists for entertainment IP.

Converting demand into sponsorships, campaigns, events, and market expansion.
The Role
As Product Manager, you will own product strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution across Queri and new products currently in development.
You will work directly with the CEO and partner closely with the CTO, designers, engineers, creators, talent agencies, and internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product direction, build features, and bring new products to market.
This is a high-impact role with significant ownership. You will move fast, think strategically, communicate clearly, work hand in hand with engineering, listen to users, and turn ideas into real products.
You will play a key role in growing Queri from a Japan-born product into a global fan engagement company.
Key Responsibilities
Own product planning, prioritization, and roadmap development across Queri and new products.
Translate business goals, user needs, and market opportunities into clear product requirements.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship features and improvements on a regular cadence.
Conduct user research with fans, creators, managers, talent agencies, and internal teams.
Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
Research competitors, market trends, the creator economy, fan platforms, and AI tools.
Help define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Maintain clear product documentation, requirements, decision logs, and stakeholder communication.
Align product direction with company priorities across the CEO, CTO, design, engineering, marketing, and casting teams.
Leverage AI tools to improve the quality and speed of research, planning, product thinking, execution, and decision-making.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Native or business-level Japanese.
- Professional-level English.
- Experience launching and growing products in the Japanese market.
- Strong understanding of product development, agile methodologies, and software development processes.
- Experience working directly with software engineers and designers to build products.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and speed of execution.
- Analytical decision-maker who works with data, dashboards, and product metrics.
- Self-directed and comfortable in a startup environment with uncertainty and shifting priorities.
- Hands-on, with strong ownership, comfortable taking responsibility beyond a traditional Product Manager role.
Nice to Have
- Experience in entertainment, music, media, creator economy, gaming, fan community, or fandom-related businesses.
- Experience with consumer mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Experience working with creators, talent agencies, influencers, or entertainment companies.
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design workflows.
- Experience working at startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience launching AI-powered products, features, or workflows.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and how to apply them in product development.
- Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI tools in daily work.
- Experience with Claude Code, Claude Design, AI agents, or AI-assisted product development.
- Experience working with international teams and global consumer products.
